Laura Czaplicki, Co-founder

Laura is a co-founder and a visionary leader of Project Earth. With a background as an emergency room nurse and a deep passion for storytelling, Laura brings urgency, empathy, and creativity to the fight for our natural world.

Fueled by a lifelong love for wildlife and a commitment to environmental protection, Laura leads the agency in crafting powerful narratives that challenge corporate inaction, inspire collective responsibility, and make conservation accessible to all. By breaking down political and cultural barriers, she aims to transform conservation from a niche cause into a global movement—one that empowers individuals to believe in and fight for a better future.

Through bold storytelling and a relentless drive for change, Laura is not just documenting the current state of the world but redefining how we see, understand, and engage with the planet’s most urgent challenges.

Emily Sanchez, Co-founder

Emily is coming to Project Earth with a passion for wildlife and conservation. With an educational background in veterinary medicine, Emily has always cared deeply about animal welfare.

She found that this translated to the desire to help conserve wild habitats and support conservation efforts.

Through the use of photography and videography, Emily hopes to inspire others to use their collective voices to protect vulnerable lands and species.

"To me, project earth is about highlighting conservation efforts with the hope that it reconnects people to nature and guides them towards actionable solutions for causes they care about."
